*Core Moves – Experience a dynamic full-body workout that strengthens, stretches and challenges your body to toned success. This 55-minute class is a unique combination of Pilates, Core, Yoga and Stretching in a relaxing environment.

*Boot Camp – Are you looking for a great way to burn calories and workout your entire body in a short amount of time? This class is a great addition to your personal training sessions and even as a stand alone to see quick, effective results. Enjoy a combination of cardio and strength training along with indoor and outdoor activities. This is a workout that everyone can enjoy.
